On 11 April 2023, the owner family (Luca Mazzoleni) of ARVAL Biological Laboratories SA in Conthey elected two new members to the Board of Directors:
Christian Laurent
Has 40 years of experience in management and coaching of top executives (GM and President of subsidiaries).
Has managed teams deployed all over the world and 5 offices (Geneva, Dubai, Miami, Singapore, Johannesburg) with more than 3500 people.
Has expertise in the world of cosmetics and fragrances, but also generally in the world of luxury, brand development, and international strategies.
Has worked for more than 30 years at CLARINS in different functions at top level.
Previously worked for Pierre Cardin, Paco Rabanne and L'Oréal in different functions.
Savino Casamassima
Works as general counsel, senior manager and executive with leading law firms and corporations in the global banking and finance industry, with over 25 years of experience as a legal partner.
Has expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, banking and commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation.
Has a law degree from the Catholic University of Milan and a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
Luca Mazzoleni, Chairman of the Board, and Bruna Dodic remain in their positions. The Board, the Management and all ARVALISTS welcome the two new members of the Board and look forward to a good and fruitful collaboration!
