With nearly two decades of dedicated service, Olivia Moeschlin, who has been Head of Customer Services at Laboratoires Biologiques ARVAL SA, will be stepping down from her role by November 2023. She will be retired and step into this new phase of her life.
Olivia Moeschlin has contributed significantly to the growth and excellence of our company. Her almost 20 years of dedicated service have shaped our organization, and we are grateful for her remarkable accomplishments. All ARVALISTS – and especially me and the board of directors – wish her all the best for her retirement.
At the same time, we are pleased to introduce Clément van Garrel as Olivia Moeschlin's successor. Clément van Garrel brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh approach to the role. His experience aligns with our goal of delivering innovation and the best service to our customers.
At the same time, we are reorganizing the CUSTOMER SERVICE and R&D departments in SALES & INNOVATION division. We will keep you informed about these adaptions to the requirement of the new markets' demands.
